개인정보처리방침

Nexpotsolution Co., Ltd.(이하 "회사")는 정품 인증 웹 서비스 AllMyTAG 및 모바일 앱 ZIC SAFE, QR SAFE(이하 통칭 "서비스")를 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

선택 권한은 허용하지 않아도 서비스를 이용할 수 있으나 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다. 필수 권한을 허용하지 않으면 앱의 정품 인증 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다. 권한은 다음 경로에서 언제든지 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

회사는 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 항목별 보유 기간은 다음과 같습니다.

회사는 정품 인증 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보를 제공합니다.

위 경우를 제외하고 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우 또는 법령에 특별한 규정이 있거나 수사기관이 법령에 정해진 절차에 따라 요구하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

6. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 이전

회사는 QR SAFE 앱의 오류 진단 및 이용 분석을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있으며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

위 경우 외에 회사는 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하지 않으며, 향후 위탁이 필요한 경우 수탁자와 위탁 업무 내용을 본 방침을 통해 공개합니다.

회사는 정품 인증 진행 상태를 유지하기 위해 세션 식별용 쿠키를 사용하며, 광고·추적 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 정품 인증 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

Nexpotsolution Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we") operates the AllMyTAG product authentication web service and the ZIC SAFE and QR SAFE mobile apps (together, the "Service"). This policy explains how we process your personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. If there is any discrepancy between the Korean and English versions, the Korean version prevails.

We outsource the following processing for error diagnostics and usage analytics of the QR SAFE app, which involves transferring personal information overseas.

Other than the above, we do not outsource the processing of personal information. If we do so in the future, we will disclose the contractor and the outsourced tasks in this policy.
